On the weekend, I met with mama, baba, and Mr. T for a family session at the Olympic Village. This fun trio braved the cold air and had their first EVER family photo session.
Sometimes I marvel at the people who come into my life, and place a great deal of trust in me for their precious memories. I take it very seriously that they are relying on me to capture real and timeless images of them in a short amount of time. Thank you, mama and baba and T. I hope you had as much fun as I did.
We’ve been friends with Tim and Marie for many years. Tim was in our wedding party when Cliff and I got married almost 10 years ago. Marie and I are skiing/snowboarding buddies, and we’ve hiked the Inca Trail in Peru together. They are the kind of friends who will always be there for you through thick and thin.
Tim and Marie are now expecting their first baby. It’s a very exciting time. I had the privilege of shooting their maternity session last weekend. Despite the rain and freezing cold, this pair was a hoot to shoot and fun to hang out with as always.
I cannot wait to meet their baby!!!
This weekend’s weather has been cold but very sunny. We went for a stroll along the water at the Olympic Village. It was so nice to get out, get some fresh air, and enjoy the sunshine.
I’ve been back at work for 2 weeks now. It still feels like such a battle to go to work every morning, knowing that I’m going to miss everything Joshua does that day. It certainly makes me treasure every minute I can be with him on the weekend.
