What happens when you and your BFF are pregnant at the same time? You book a photo session to capture this special time of your lives.
Angie and Des have been friends since the first grade. Their babies are due within a few weeks of each other. Angie surprised Des with a photo session to document this exciting and precious moment in time.
The “K” and the “D” are the initials of their babies.
There’s nothing better than an old friend making an announcement on Facebook that she’s expecting, and then message you to arrange for a maternity photo shoot. Christie and I met way back in our young and foolish university days (well, Christie was the young one and I was the foolish one). She is one of the most studious people I know. While the rest of us were trying to figure out what we wanted to do when we grow up, Christie knew she wanted to be a veterinarian–and that is what she is today.
It was so nice to meet Nick and see how much he adores my lovely friend. He seems to have a good ability to make Christie laugh.
We’ve been friends with Tim and Marie for many years. Tim was in our wedding party when Cliff and I got married almost 10 years ago. Marie and I are skiing/snowboarding buddies, and we’ve hiked the Inca Trail in Peru together. They are the kind of friends who will always be there for you through thick and thin.
Tim and Marie are now expecting their first baby. It’s a very exciting time. I had the privilege of shooting their maternity session last weekend. Despite the rain and freezing cold, this pair was a hoot to shoot and fun to hang out with as always.
I cannot wait to meet their baby!!!
