We were having pho at our regular place, and there’s a great little ice cream shop a few doors down.  I’ve heard for eons that their salted caramel ice cream is to die for, so I’ve been wanting to try it for a while.  After filling our bellies with pho, we walked over to get some salted caramel ice cream, and Joshua got a scoop of chocolate ice cream.  Yes, I can confirm that salted caramel ice cream rocks my world.
