My good friend Itti took me to this restaurant called Farmer’s Apprentice the other night. It’s a very cool little restaurant with very inventive dishes with superb flavors. One of the dishes we got was “40-minute poached oysters” with fermented grape juice. It was awesome. As you can see there were only three oysters on this plate for the two of us to share. Good thing she is tiny, so I easily won the fight to have the last one.
