For a few months now, Joshua refuses to let me take his pictures.  You may see me posting pictures of his back, or his feet, or him running, but there are no pictures of his face or him looking at me.  I hope it’s just a phase.  Someone once told me “everything is a phase” when it comes to raising children.  I’m holding onto that thread of hope.

Here I snapped a quick picture before he completely turned away.  We were getting ready to go to Baron’s birthday party.  This was a proud moment for me, because I made him that tie using a sewing pattern I found.  That’s right, y’all, I sewed!
