The other morning, Joshua woke up and came to our room while still sleepy and a bit confused.  I picked him up and put him on our bed, hoping he’ll let me sleep a few more minutes.  Instead, he starts babbling.

Joshua: “Mommy?”

Me: “Yes, baby?”

Joshua: “Mommy like Joshua.”

Me: “Yes, very much, baby.”

Joshua: “Mommy like daddy.”

Me: “Why, yes I do!”

Joshua: “Mommy like daddy poo.”

I don’t know where he got that idea from, but it’s simply not true.
