It’s a day before the due date. I decided that sitting at home isn’t going to help much, so I made lunch plans with my BFF, and planned on running some errands downtown.

At lunch, I found out my BFF is pregnant, and I am SOOOOO happy for her! I was giddy for the rest of day from this news!

After lunch, I met up with a co-worker for coffee. The poor girl is stressed out and tired. Then I visited with another co-worker to drop off a small gift for her. It was good to visit with them, but I was quite happy that I didn’t have to be at work.

As I was leaving downtown, a friend on mat leave texted me and asked if I wanted to go for a walk. We ended up going for a long walk at Kits Beach for 1 1/2 hour. The temperature was very mild today, making it very pleasant to walk. Her baby slept through 1/2 of the walk, and just made baby noises for the rest of it. It was so good to see them and spend time with them.
